I had received top surgery with him, and was very anxious about the whole process. He was extremely thorough, explaining the entire procedure, recovery, and effects. The staff was also extremely welcoming, warm, and affirming. I felt no judgement and everyone used my preferred name and pronouns without fail. Even right before the surgery, I was calm because the entire hospital was nice, respectful, and explained everything.
